Clear Vision at her new home with Kevin Skelton and Crew in sunny Nelson!

Clear Vision (affectionately known as CV) has sailed to her new home in Nelson!  Kevin and Knoxy came over to Welly on Thursday night (29 March) to join in the party of CV's Wellington crew bidding her farewell, fair seas and great racing in sunny Nelson with her proud new owner Kev.

It is a lovely story of Kev being reunited with CV after skippering her (when she was ZZ Top) in the early 90s.  Kev is looking forward to doing some inshore and offshore racing in CV and giving the other Nelson based Young 11s some hearty competition.  No doubt we will see her again in some of the great offshores planned for the future by TBCC and RPNYC.

Just before CV sailed out of Welly yesterday, Knoxy and Kev tried out the oven and baked a few sausage rolls for the journey. These look pretty flash and well done boys!    No doubt Kev and his crew will cook up a storm both on the racing scene and when Kev takes her for cruising in the Abel Tasman, Marlborough Sounds and further afield.
